Oven Porcupines

 Quantity Unit Ingredient 
1 pound lean ground beef
0.5 cup uncooked long grain rice
0.5 cup water
0.33 cup onionchopped 
1 teaspoon salt
0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
0.5 teaspoon pepper
15 ounces tomato sauce
1 cup water
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce

In a large bowl combine ground beef, rice, water, onion, salt, garlic powder and pepper. Shape into 12 balls.

Place meatballs in an ungreased, deep baking dish.

Combine tomato sauce, water and worcestershire sauce; pour over meatballs

Cover with foil and bake @ 325 degrees for one hour. Uncover; bake 15 minutes longer.
