No Bake Beans

The original of this recipe was found in the June 2007 Okoboji Magazine.
 Quantity Unit Ingredient 
1 15 ounce can black beans
2 15 ounce can pinto beans
1 10 1/2 ounce Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 7 ounce can chopped green chiles
1 onionfinely chopped 
1 clove garlicminced 
1 12 ounce bot dark beerif desired 
10 slices baconfried crisp and crum 
0.25 cup cilantrofinely chopped 
lime wedgeschopped 

Combine beans, tomatoes, chiles, onion, garlic, beer and bacon in a medium sauce pan.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium- low and simmer for 20 minutes.

Stir in cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
