The original of this recipe was found in the June 2007 Okoboji Magazine.

ounce bot | dark
beer | if desired |
| 10 | slices | bacon | fried crisp and crum |
| 0.25 | cup | cilantro | finely chopped |
| | lime wedges | chopped |
Combine beans, tomatoes, chiles, onion, garlic, beer and bacon
in a medium sauce pan.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium- low and simmer for 20
minutes.
Stir in cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
