Amy's Stuffed Mushrooms

Quantity Unit Ingredient 
2 pounds mushrooms 
8 ounces cream cheese or neufchatel cheesesoftened 
1 pound hot Italian sausage
0.5 cup seasoned bread crumbs

Lightly brown sausage and drain.

Remove and mince mushroom stems.

Mix stems, cream cheese, sausage, and bread crumbs.

Fill mushroom caps with the mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
