Cream Cheese Frosting

Quantity	Unit	Ingredient
3	cups	powdered sugar
3	ounces	cream cheese or neufchatal cheese	room temperature
0.33	cup	butter or margarine	softened
1	teaspoon	vanilla
		lemon juice	optional

Beat ingedients together.

If frosting is too thick, thin with milk to spreading consistency.
