Cream Cheese Frosting

 Quantity Unit Ingredient 
3 cups powdered sugar
3 ounces cream cheese or neufchatal cheeseroom temperature 
0.33 cup butter or margarinesoftened 
1 teaspoon vanilla
lemon juiceoptional 

Beat ingedients together.

If frosting is too thick, thin with milk to spreading consistency.
