Baked Salmon

This recipe came from my Uncle Jack Williams.
 Quantity Unit Ingredient 
16 ounces salmondrained, skin and boned
1 cup mashed potatoes
4 eggsseparated 
0.5 cup cheddar cheesegrated 
0.5 green pepperchopped 
1 medium onionchopped 
2 teaspoons celery salt
0.5 teaspoon dry mustard

Mix all ingedients except egg whites.

Beat egg whites until stiff.

Fold beaten egg whites into salmon mixture.

Pour mixture into a greased casserole dish.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Garnish with paprika and green olives if desired.
